About ME

My name is Carmel Joseph. I am a home baker and active duty military spouse.  I have been baking for over 20 years for my family and friends. My love for baking developed while watching my father cook and bake for our family and at his job; a Chef in the US Army.  I was exposed to quality foods and superior hygiene standards at a young age, all from my father.

After years of creating baked goods for friends and family, and constantly being asked to provide cakes and cupcakes to various birthday parties and events, I decided to start my own business as a home baker.
